Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how IPOGMPTracker ('we', 'us', 'our') collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use our website and mobile application. We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide — such as your name, email address and phone number when you create an account, subscribe to alerts, submit a contact form or check IPO allotment status.
  • Demat / application details — where you voluntarily enter a PAN, DP ID or bid application number to check allotment, this is used only to query the registrar and is not stored for marketing.
  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed and interactions, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect your bank account credentials, UPI PIN, trading passwords or any other login secrets, and you should never share these with us or anyone claiming to represent us.

How we use your information

  • To provide, operate and improve our IPO data services and features.
  • To send IPO alerts, updates and service communications you request.
  • To respond to your queries and provide customer support.
  • To analyse usage trends and enhance site performance and security.
  • To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or technical issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic and improve your experience. We may also use third-party analytics (for example, Google Analytics). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly without them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • With trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • With IPO registrars, strictly to fulfil an allotment-status check you initiate.
  • Where required by law, regulation, court order or a lawful request from a government authority.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to this policy.

Data security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls and secure infrastructure — to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described here or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of your data where it is no longer required.
  • Withdraw consent and opt out of marketing communications.
  • Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@ipogmptracker.com.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the revised version and its effective date will be posted on this page. For any privacy-related question or grievance, contact our team at support@ipogmptracker.com.
